Psychotherapy, Supervision & Groups
(Re)connect with yourSelf
To be seen, heard and understood is a powerfully healing experience.
Welcome! I’m so glad you are here.
Over the past two decades as a I therapist I have learned that the power of therapy and the path to post-traumatic growth is to create a space and relationship where you are seen, heard, understood and know you have the power to create the life you are wanting for yourself.
I have been lucky enough to help hundreds of people navigate through and heal from trauma. My certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and yoga therapy, and trainings in numerous other modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) have been incredibly helpful tools to help people navigate through trauma into a life of post-traumatic growth.
And, I have found that at the very core of the therapeutic partnership is the power of being seen, being heard and understood, unconditionally by another person. When you are ready to embark on the next chapter of your post-traumatic growth journey, I’d be honored to travel alongside of you.
With gratitude,
